Can I Please Have S'more Gooey Goodness!



Ahh, the Fourth of July is just around the corner and I wanted to make something really delicious. The Fourth is one of those days that screams BBQs and campfires. And what is a campfire must have? S'mores of course! So here it is, the delicious ooey and gooey cupcake for the Fourth of July!


Here is what you need:



2 packages brownie mix *check the box for ingredients
(usually requires 1 egg, 1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup water per box)

1 box of Graham Crackers

12 tablespoons of Butter 

2/3 cup of White Sugar

2 jars of Marshmallow Cream Puff

1 Hershey Chocolate Bar

1 small package of Mini Marshmallows


Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. (this may vary, follow the instructions for your brownie mix)  

Step 2: 

Melt the 12 tablespoons of butter. While the butter is melting grind 2 packages of graham crackers. This should equate to 2.5 cups. 

Step 3: 

Mix the butter, sugar and graham cracker crumbs until blended. 

Step 4:

Insert your baking cups into your cupcake pan. Firmly press the graham cracker mix on the bottom of the baking cup. 

Step 5: 

Make the brownie mix per boxes instructions. Add your brownie mix until the cup is just a little over half full.

Step 6: 

Pop in the oven for the amount of time stated on the box. For me, this was 26 minutes. They will be done when a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. 

Step 7: 

Let cool. Once cool, take off the cupcake wrappers and apply the marshmallow cream. 

Step 8:

Add some crumbled graham cracker, a mini marshmallow, a chuck of chocolate and graham and Voila! Delicious cupcakes!!!
